Sometimes

Sometimes it seems
My heart has a mind of its own
And sometimes it seems
I deny everything I am shown

Sometimes I can't help
The pain that I feel
Sometimes it seems
Things just arent real

Sometimes I wonder
What I do for you
And sometimes I cry
Because of the things I do

Sometimes at night
I just cant sleep
Sometimes my thoughts
Get me into trouble deep

Sometimes my heart
Knows its going to break
Sometimes I hide
For sanity's sake

Still always I know
That my love is real
And I always cherish
The happiness I feel

And I know that always
I am in your heart
But will we always
Be so very far apart?
