READY WHEN YOU ARE
Should I stay when it’s time to go,
I know you will be there,
But if I decide to wait a while,
I’m sure that you’ll be fair.
I wont know when my time comes,
If I should wish to go or run,
Could I stay a little while?
I don’t think I will be on trial.
We’re told he died to save us all,
But if we fall his there,
He sees us through our lonely times,
For us he really cares.
So this I feel he will not mind,
Should I decide it’s not my time,
These words I’m sure I’ll here him say,
Ready when you are another day.
