Jesus Visitation PurposeLuke 7:31-35 To what shall we consider to compare, The men of this generation for to share; What can they be really and truly like? They are like children sitting on a bike; Over in the market calling to one another, Talking as if it was brother to brother; "We piped to you and you did not dance, We wailed and you didn't weep by chance;" For John the Baptist came not eating bread, Drinking no wine then hearing it being said; "He has a demon." The son of man arrives, He is eating and drinking as he contrives; "Behold, a glutton and a drunkard to send, He's a tax collector and sinner's friend." Let us not forget the reason why Jesus came, He didn't come to point fingers to blame; As well as for saving those who are clean, It was the low life that were always seen; The sinners and those who were in despair, Those were the ones for God's love to share.
