Ren's Pen

An Angel Unaware

Another day he searches for a job,
Many know him as homeless Bob,
Standing on the corner with no such luck,
There goes the Feed the Children Truck.

He sees missionaries go by him everyday,
Their heading to another country, so they say,
What about ones like him in their own land?
Why do they stick their heads in the sand?

He stopped by the local T.B.N. station,
We have them all over this nation,
He ask them "Brethern, Can you spare a dime?"
The suited man said "Sorry, this is not a good time."

Another night he sleeps outside in the cold,
Without a warm blanket for him to hold,
Not a single place to lay his head,
Evryone thought one day he would be dead.

Now he is no longer roaming downtown,
Many rumors about him are spreaded around,
Some ask "Did he just vanish and disappear?
Others ask "Could he of been an angel unaware?"
