LEFT SAD
It should not be but I am sad,
The day has come and I feel bad,
My love, my life, has gone away,
There’s nothing left that I can say.
What will I do, where can I go,
Where will I turn I do not know,
For years they’ve been a part of me,
Now gone away and will not see.
This feeling that I have inside,
Just brings on tears I can not hide,
Despair and anger in my head,
A feeling wishing I was dead.
I sit and stare out into space,
Not really here I have no place,
But in the midst of my sad loss,
My self worth has made me cross.
I should not feel this way at all,
For this pain can be so cruel,
Just look at times we sheared gone by,
Remember, smile, and say goodbye.
