Conquering The Ocean
Oh black sea with silver lining
How I long with all my soul
To take your waves into my hands
And have you under my control
You span yourself this great of distance
Bringing me into doubtful circumstance
Your mocking dance of receeding
Draws me in to take a chance
Across your way lies my haven
A shelter to which I crave to go
Still your mystic fragrance holds me
Oh how you love to taunt me so
I pray to you dear depths of old
Part your ways for me old friend
For I will grasp at your taunting arms
Til I finally conquer you in the end
