Words and Verse
To A Girl With A Pink Dress
I just adore you in that rosy dress,
That pink dress that undresses you so well,
Making your body firm, it seems to dwell
Around you, like a delicate caress.
The silver shimmers of silk glide across
Your skin. The cloth reflects its image to
The pink gleam of your flesh and then straight through
To my eye from the thin and sensuous gauze.
Where did you get a dress like that? It seems
To mingle its pink with yours. You're all art dreams
Of painting. So cast off those teasing blisses
And trade them, as they burn in passion's fire,
For these folds. They're the lips of my desire
Dressing your body in a dress of kisses
That pink dress that undresses you so well,
Making your body firm, it seems to dwell
Around you, like a delicate caress.
The silver shimmers of silk glide across
Your skin. The cloth reflects its image to
The pink gleam of your flesh and then straight through
To my eye from the thin and sensuous gauze.
Where did you get a dress like that? It seems
To mingle its pink with yours. You're all art dreams
Of painting. So cast off those teasing blisses
And trade them, as they burn in passion's fire,
For these folds. They're the lips of my desire
Dressing your body in a dress of kisses
