A Life Made Of Clay

I am the potter you are the clay.
Jeremiah 18:6

Like a Potter who has shattered his latest art,
Once made and created with all of his heart.
Collects the broken pieces off the ground,
Some still lost, some quickly found.
Takes ‘em and begins to rebuild it like new,
To show everybody what he was able to do.
Every day pieces were found,
And one by one picked ‘em off the ground.
Kept adding them back to this masterpiece,
And kept doing this until it was all complete.
By the time that last chip was revealed,
He put it in place and all the cracks were healed.
