My Sanity and Insanity
Little Things
I watch the dust fall,
In the day's sunlight,
So simple, so perfect,
The sight, just right.
(Chorus)
I'm thankful for the little things,
The ones that provoke, little feelings,
So minute, so very small,
But it's the little things,
that make it worth it all.
I hear the birds chirp,
They please my sad heart,
I've thanked God for them,
From the very start.
(Chorus)
I'm thankful for the little things,
The ones that provoke, little feelings,
So minute, so very small,
But it's the little things,
that make it worth it all.
In the day's sunlight,
So simple, so perfect,
The sight, just right.
(Chorus)
I'm thankful for the little things,
The ones that provoke, little feelings,
So minute, so very small,
But it's the little things,
that make it worth it all.
I hear the birds chirp,
They please my sad heart,
I've thanked God for them,
From the very start.
(Chorus)
I'm thankful for the little things,
The ones that provoke, little feelings,
So minute, so very small,
But it's the little things,
that make it worth it all.
