A Chicken Waits
Starving inside my stomach,
A chicken waits,
After being eaten,
Off my plate.
He wasn't quite cooked,
When I snarfed him down,
So inside my belly,
He went to town.
He's hungry for food,
Like chicken seed,
Or juicy worms,
He wants and needs.
But I doubt he'll get,
Any seed in my tummy,
Cause I just don't think,
That seed is yummy.
And worms won't do,
Not for me,
I don't dig those critters,
They're too slimy.
So I guess the poor chicken,
Will starve to death,
Unless he eats,
His own chicken breast.
