Devote Yourself to the WordRevelation 2:2-4 I know your works, your toil and patience, But, you can't bear those in disobedience; That try calling themselves as Christian, When they are not and full of deception; You have patience for Christ's namesake, You're not weary, but caution on a snake; Holding against you for loosing my respect, For your first love is God, you've neglect; It's a blessing be involved in the church, Eager people volunteer not having to search; What a blessing folks hunger for God's Word, Worry on things to hinder or seem absurd; Too many times these things will sidetrack, Then you hear some gossip behind your back; Before you know it, someone will deceive, Changing your Godly thoughts you perceive; Soon enough you are wrapped up and forget, Then wind up doing something you'll regret; Always remember to what God has to say, Disregarding any of the gossip or heresay.
