A Thankful SpiritHebrews 13:15 In Jesus Christ, let us continue to offer, Sacrifice of praise to the Heavenly Father; The fruit of lips that confess to His name, And His Word that you constantly proclaim; The children of Israel griped lack of bread, Although manna was in good supply instead; Despised God's provision called bread light, Fiery snakes came and killed many in fight; Moses prayed for direction on the impasse, God told him set up a snake made of brass; If bit, aim eyes on the brass snake to view, Not to worry for their life will continue; Many of them having a different thought, Seeing Moses as the enemy they sought; Christians fight against a thankless spirit, Maybe sometimes thinking of it as a pirate; People tend to have a long list of crimes, Many sins against God and the list climbs; We simply need to stop the greed today, Thank God for the abundance each day.
