Celestial Rays
Copyright @ 2004 Lark Douglas-Brian D Roberts
I'll climb a ladder some day.
No matter if skies be cloudy or Grey.
Upward to heaven; ever so pleasant.
A journey worth taking my way.
Many a friend will be there.
I'll never be lonely or care.
For with my friends all bitterness ends.
The chains that held me so tight;
Will fall quickly from God's awesome sight.
The anguish, and suffering shall cease.
The torments of earthly distress shall rest.
Then shall my heart be so free.
I shall tell my friends how much they mean to me.
Finally together in heaven forever.
We shall all be as we should have been.
Loving as if in a dream.
Sharing the cares that we need.
Where no ugliness of earth can be seen.
I shall wait upon you friend. For Once Together, Loved Forever. A Touch Upon One's Soul. Your Friend Through Eternity, LOVE
