Many Gifts, and Presents!

Copyright @ 2004 Brian D Roberts, Pen Name Is; Lark Douglas

Oh I Wonder What That Is; That Sits Beside The Tree. I'm Just Kind Of Wondering; Is This Thing For Me? It Has A Pretty Ribbon, and A Bow That's So Divine. The Paper All About It; Just Glows Until It Shines. Oh How I Wonder What It Could Be Inside! I'll Shake It Once, I'll Shake It Twice; To See If I Can Tell! What I Hear Is A Tinkling Sound, and What A Horrid Smell. I Think I'll Wait Till Christmas Time To Open Up This Box. For What Might Just Be In It There Is Fragile; I Can Tell. There Seems To Be A Drop Or Two Coming From It's Side. Oh Oh Here Comes Mommy Now, and So I Think I'd Better Hide! The Tiny Tag On Top Of It Said It Really Wasn't Mine. So I'll Just Have To Wait Until; It's Really Mine. For Judging By The Scent I Found; Santa's Elves Are Working Overtime! Such Is Curiosity Of Things You Can Not See. There Is A Good Reason It Reads; " Do Not Open Me; Until It's Time To See!"
