 Penniluck's legacy

A Hollow Place.

A child might be lonely
But somewhere deep inside
There is something to feed on
Where strength and hope abide.

A youth can feel the emptiness
Yet keeps hope always near
An inner iron ration
To guide them year by year.

But when you`re old and lonely
The past used up and gone
Inside is just a hollow place
Where nourishment has been.

Age knows that life is flying
And lives on times gone by
Memories fill up the space
Where youthful hopes did lie.

But yet, inside the elderly
A child still lives within
With memories of sunshine
That time can never dim.

So age will fill the empty space
And nourishment shall be
All the lovely times you had
That only you can see.
