Servant of GodActs 20:24 I consider my life as worth nothing to me, If only I may finish the race with joyfully; And completing the task that Jesus gave, For I am sure and trust my soul to save; The task of testifying on God's grace, Knowing some day to see face to face. Being a servant to the Lord is demanding, Creating quite a bit of misunderstanding; For some may see it as being romantic, Or even as a status symbol and idealistic; But I say that you must keep yourself clean, For everything you do will be forever seen; You shall never have any moment's peace, As a servant the tasking will never cease; The servant no longer has a right to choose, If you decide to quit you will surely loose; Rest assured that reward is really great, No need for your future to even speculate; He gives us all our strength and wisdom, An inheritance of the Heavenly Kingdom.
