As I Leave


As I leave you I cry a thousand tears of torments,

my heart feels like it has been taken out of me

and replaced by a handful of thorns that pierce

and tear at my very soul, my life blood is drained

at the very thought of loosing you...

                       No twenty thousand,

I'm thinking of you and our love, and those hours spent

                      That no one can take apart.

I stare out of the little window into the blue horizon

                          Loneliness echoes in my heart

I wish I could hold you, kiss you dearest, yes I do.

                         So I just want to say 'I love you'
