M's Poetry
Toast
Well it's kinda hard to start this
because I am not good with words
well I should be but not in public I sometimes clam up
I just want to say that today is the most perfect day
full of happiness, hope and life that I have ever seen
and I am blessed to not have one but now two great friends
may your laughter rule the relationship
and the tears make you stronger in each other
may you prosper and never look back
30 years from now I want to be invited on your guys' yacht
I hope you have healthy and yes beautiful children
that shouldn't be a problem
look at you two!
may God bless this union forever
and please just dance like no one is looking
because God knows you have no rhythm
but that's okay because you do have love
and that overcomes and forgives anything
anyways toast to you guys!
