Break Out

She put the mask upon her face
Swearing to never let anyone see
All of her pain and happiness
It was the way she wanted it to be

But that mask kept her from seeing
The beauty the world did posess
Sheilding her face from the breeze
And the suns gentle warm caress

Who did she think that she could fool
For her shoulders still shook with pain
And her hands tensed up when she was angry
Until her composure she could regain

Scared but alive without her disguise
She finally shows her emotions to you
She removed her mask to finally be free
Now I ask my friend, will you do it too?
