Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god
Procrastinating Spirit
I've known her as a great great aunt long before her passing,
When I'd seen her in reality,
I remember her pictures,
Though I don't remember where I saw the pictures.
Her arms were bedecked with scars,
And occupying her fingers
Were seven different rings.
Gold, silver, bronze,
But what was most amazing was
Her black hill's gold necklace of an angel
That she wore each time I saw her.
I yearn to ask of this treasure,
But they cannot take things with them to that side.
She tells me
She's procrastinating.
She hasn't crossed over.
She knows what's over there,
But remains here.
Her jewelry, a mere holographic image.
It isn't even real.
She's a procrastinator.
