Scream


(A note to self)

I know you need to
What are you waiting for?
Simply ask yourself...
Can you take anymore?

Just open your mouth
And it'll rise from your chest
No need for help
You've got enough stress

Take a deep breath
And just let it go
Scream all you want
You're in control

Never have a worry
Because no one can hear
The words from your mouth
Are just silent my dear
