I Usually Have A Chat With God…

I usually have a chat with God,
And He helps me sort out my plight!
But I had a little brainwave today,
I'm not chatting to Him tonight!

It's not that He's had the sack though,
Cos that wouldn't do me any good…!
It's just I decided to cut Him some slack!
Of course, as only I could!

So I had a little chat to meself…
That's me, meself and I…
Cos sometimes I upset meself,
Poor I will always start to cry!

Anyway, I've lost the plot now,
I haven't a clue what I was going to say!
Oh yes of course I do…
I was taking about not praying today!

You see, when one's head is battered,
And one doesn't know what to do…
One tends to become upset,
And sad, and down and blue!

…BUT…

I don't suffer ills and ails lightly,
And I bounce back really quick!
I mean to say, when all's said and done,
I can't be doing with being sick!

So here I am, I have me back again,
Strong and true to the fore,
And as for my health, so what!
I won't fold if God gives me more!

Cos He made me strong and true!
It's just that sometimes I have a glitch,
But like the old rhyme say's to us,
Always - in time…there's a stitch!

Time is the great healer,
No matter what anyone will say,
For following every night…!
There dawns a brand new day!

I got ‘me' back again today!!!

Didn't take me long now did it!

I'm like a rubber ball…

When I hit the floor, I bounce back higher!!!

With an even bigger smile on my face!!!

Only way to go isn't it!!!!
