First impressions did find you charming
All my senses were soon disarming
I found myself acting like a silly fool
Falling each day more in love with you
Nothing prepared me for your smile
Or the way you said let's talk a while
I couldn't believe the purity of your heart
Which I have to say was your greatest part
How could I have known I would love you best
You have so much more than all the rest
Is there a word to describe someone so sweet?
I'll just give a kiss and beat a shy retreat
