Escaping the killing field ,
ducking hot steal,
and constantly running from the blue shield:
Like Hurricane,
harassed half my life,
locked up a quarter of my life,
and released at the end of my life;
what do you expect,
old,
out-of-shape,
and unable to work a straight hour shift of eight
Escaping the killing field,

My body is similar to a machine,
so in order to remain in good shape,
keep fit in order to maintain myself,
no weapon of my own,
so I train my body as one,
continually working on the physical and quietly strengthening my mental

Like anything in life that you want to excel in,
happens with hard work,
if you add the Three D's,
Determination,
Drive,
and Direction,
you'll have the keys.
In the past the only way to excel was to know the three rules of ducking the beast:
Preparation, Planning, and Performing,
properly use the adequate time to plan the perfect move,
while consciously contributing to society by performing,
being prepared, aware, and using your resources
"I've emerge from the boules of the belly of the beast"

But as my last couple of grains of sand trickle down my hour glass,
I see the key to being free from chains;
Embrace what you are and by any means necessary always reach for the stars
