HOLD ON
My love is my life.
Reaching out to a new tomorrow,
When there's no you to speak to,
When there's no you to touch,
There's still my life to hold on to.
You followed my life,
And found my existence,
Which led you to my world,
A sphere of confusion,
And yet a log of passion.
But hope drifted away,
Just like dust in the wind,
With nothing to grasp on to.
Hold on to life is what I do.
Precious as a rose's petal,
Unpredictable like the weather.
No matter how tough,
No matter how tender,
Like my touch, I will be gentle,
My heart and soul wide open,
Until my time to reach eternity.

It was true then,
and still is today.
