The Salt of the EarthMatthew 5:13 Every one of us is the salt of the earth, If salt looses its savor, looses its worth; Thenceforth good for nothing and cast out, For any use for it would be much in doubt; We need to show true potential and value, With everything that we say and all we do; Helping others for those who are hurting, Provide inner peace as you're comforting; In helping others you grow in spirituality, Then God makes your dreams a reality; Even though unseen dreams are for real, God does want the end results to reveal; You'll feel a flowing spirit a new attitude, Elevating your dreams to a new altitude; If you just want to be a hermit find a cave, Guaranteeing you going to an early grave; As with salt you'll also loose your flavor, For your relationship has lost God's favor; God enjoys ensuring your desires are met, By showing loving care to pay your debt.
