Panda

You are quiet and meek
And your fur is sleek
And all you do is eat and sleep
I know that you are big and strong
And wish you could eat all day long,
But there are people in this world
That long to take your home away
They wish to build houses and shops galore
Not realizing that they will leave you poor
Your home is all you have that's yours
If they take it away you will be lost,
But gentle Panda fear no more
For I believe in human kindness
And what good things man can do
I believe someday you will be wild and free
To nibble on your bamboo
