Ruler of Your Heart

Colossians 3:15-17

Let the peace of God rule within your heart,
Being called in as one body from the start;
Be thankful with hope to enter His Kingdom,
Let the word of Christ dwell in all wisdom;
Teaching and admonishing one to another,
Singing with grace to our Heavenly Father;
Whatsoever that you do in word or in deed,
Do in the name of Christ and not for greed.
May the peace of the Lord God be with you,
In everything that you say and that you do;
Never close your heart blocking the Lord,
Because frankly it's what you can't afford;
The wisdom that flows from Christ within,
Will keep you from straying away from sin;
Don't hold it within, glorify to let it out,
To those who are weary and showing doubt;
Sing praise worshiping every chance you get,
Thanking Jesus Christ for paying your debt;
Remembering Him with every step you take,
Of an ultimate sacrifice that was at stake.
