This is the Day the Lord has Made!Psalm 144:15 Happy are people whose God is the Lord, Happy are they, knowing their life restored; Through your day all the people you meet, You ask them, "How are you?" as you greet; We tend to use it as a way to break the ice, In striking a conversation just to entice; No one ever expects to get any big reaction, Just some small talk with some interaction; Who really expects that serious of a reply, "Not too bad" or "Pretty good" they supply; How often you hear "Fantastic" or "Great!" Maybe not many since most hide some hate; That is for one basic reason that we forget, The Lord has made this day, be glad in it; By putting in Jesus Christ your confidence, You shall feel such gladness in abundance; There'll be constantly a song in your heart, That will cause change in you to upstart; Think of this as a day the Lord has made, Let's rejoice and be glad and not dismayed.
