Strength through DependencePsalm 86:1-3 I ask God to answer for I'm poor and needy, To save my soul as I'm godly, not greedy; To put all my trust for being His servant, Asking of Him for His mercy for I'm reliant. I pray to our God for His mercy and grace, Within a nicely secluded and quiet place; Asking Him for His help keeping me aligned, With the plans for me that He has assigned; Being poor is not about money for wealth, Not always will money give you good health; I know that I am dependent for everything, His blessings make me rich fit for a king; My faith and trusting in Him makes me rich, Even more than what Bill Gates can enrich; As God's children we have more treasure, Than everything known of earthly pleasure; As His servant who is trusting and faithful, He'll care for me since I'm not deceitful; Knowing that beyond this life of my reward, By continuing in obedience in His Holy Word.
