911-EMERGENCY PLEASE!

SELF-ESTEEM

Child born of woman, has trouble from birth, the way they are treated down here on this earth.
From family and friends and relatives too, spouting hurtful things they know are untrue.
Screaming words out of anger, hurling pain to extreem, placing seeds in their hearts,
planting low self-esteem!

Abuse knows no boundaries on how it expands, from man over woman or woman to man.
Kids with their peer groups, confrontation takes place, whether children or elderly, it's a Nation's disgrace!
Verbal, sexsual or physical extreem, they all play a part in low self-esteem!

Reform schools and prisons, huddled masses, jam-packed, psychiatrist plenty, one thing we don't lack.
Mental patients are placed in large institutions, all seeking to find a much needed solution.
Drugs and Alcohol flow enraged violent streams, easing the pain of their low self-esteem!

They say that a chain is as strong as it's link, low self-esteem has now reached it's brink!
Get on with life, make the most, what remains, YOU only have one life, YOU make the change.
Live life to the fullest, press on with your dreams, stop past generations of low self-esteem!

You are a creation, molded beauty so rare, step out, look around, the worlds yours to share.
You don't need to except any type of abuse. Living life here on earth is a choice that YOU choose.
Pull the teeth from the monster that hurls and demeans, the power is YOURS over low self-esteem!
