CHILDHOOD DREAMS

~~designed by Aina~~

Thought I had it all planned out,
When I was young and without a doubt,
Have two children to call my own,
Girl Angel and boy Andre at the throne.

Have a home to keep them strong,,
A father to show them right from wrong,
Bestow my affection straight from the heart,
Ascertain my love right from the start.

Grant them entities I could not have,
Teach them to have faith and remember to laugh,
Allow them to hold on to their own assurance,
Aid them with all my might and endurance.

Childhood dreams do not always come true,
Fate can not be foretold, yet can accrue,
So holding on to what I have is what I do,
Keep on keeping the faith is what we all can do.
