My Elusive Dreams...They evade me just lately I have to admit, These elusive dreams of mine, For at the moment I have to say, My dreams are nightmares all the time. What can one do as we slumber? In our bed at night, To stop these nightmare that we have, That cause's us to awake in fright! Nothing, for we can do nothing, If my elusive dreams that were, Disappear out of sight, And nightmares instead remain there.
