STARTS OUT A BUD AND BLOSSOMS WITH CARE
JUST A LITTLE TENDERNESS, KEEPS AWAY DESPAIR
A BABY LIKE A ROSE, WILL GROW AND THRIVE
IF LOVE AND CAR IS GIVEN WITH PRIDE
PRIDE OF THE BEAUTY BOTH A BABY AND ROSE ARE
NOTHING SO DELICATE, NEAR OR FAR
BUT IF NEGLECT IS WHAT YOU GIVE
YOUR GARDEN WILL WITHER, AS WILL THAT KID
BOTH MUST BE TREATED WITH RESPECT
FOR WHAT YOU GIVE, IS WHAT YOU GET
SO WATCH THOSE PETALS OPEN WIDE
WATCH THE LOVE IN THAT CHILDS EYES
TEND TO BOTH WITH LOVE AND CARE
THAT ROSE AND CHILD
WILL BOTH GROW HEALTHY
THROUGHOUT THE YEARS..
