Such Awakenings! This Poem I Dedicate To My Beloved Brother Kevin; Who Has Cystic Fibrosis. I Love You Bro. Copyright @ 2004 Brian D Roberts I Shall Not Be The One To Wake You; To Shake From You Those Dreams So Sweet. It Is Not Up To Me To Determine; What Your Need For Sleep May Be. That Peaceful Look Upon Your Face; When Sleep Has Therefore Graced. I Stand Above Your Bed Each Morning; To See If You Still Breathe Today. I Fear The Day On Which I'll Find You; So Silent, and Still That Certain Way. So Now I'll Leave You Sleeping Gently; The Softness Of Your Snore I'll Love. For With Each Small Sound You Will Make; I'll Know You'll Surly Soon To Wake. So Sleep Now My Sweet Brother; Know How Much I Love You So. When Time Does Come To Take You From Me; I've No Choice But To Let You Go. So Now I'll Cherish All These Mornings; When I May Hear Your Sounds Of Rest. I Could Never Take It Very Easy; If You Went To God Today. I'll Remember My Dear Brother; All The Love You've Shown To Me. Then I'll Look Forward To That Day; When In Heaven We Shall Play.
