Words of Life, Love and Praise

Sentinels

Dark and silent
spreading far and wide
as if a sentinel alone in the dark
ever watchful.

Butes dimly lit
caressed by the moon
and nothing else.

Shadows play
moving with the night
echos from afar
leave one to imagine.

The dawn beckons
changing the scene
from something frightening
to unparalleled beauty.

Such glorious colors...

If only once,
you must experience
the sierra landscape.
