Her Love

Her love is like water
Simple in its purity
Clearly there in front of you
But no one ever sees

Her love is like springtime
A seed that has been planted
It could bloom into beauty
If it weren't so often taken for granted

Her love is like sunshine
Warm and always shining bright
Sometimes hidden behind the clouds
When she senses something isn't right

Her love is like ocean waves
Forgiving like tides on the shore
Bringing her back to a familiar place
One she has turned from times before

Her love is like water
From the very heart it flows
And with a little tenderness
You'd see the beauty she could show
