Morning PraisePsalm 5:3 & 4 In the morning God shall hear my voice, For I'll lift it up in praise as I rejoice; In maintaining vigilance as I will observe, For the coming of my Lord that I serve; My God has no pleasure into wickedness, In the presence of God no evil cursedness; Oh, what a feeling for starting out the day, Every morning with a time for us to pray; Thanking God for a great night of rest, And along with everything He has blest; A time to reflect on God what He done, Never once has He forsaken or abandon; A peace and comfort that comes about, That is within us and shedding no doubt; His Holy Spirit ignites the internal flame, It is why we are eager to praise His name; All day long we feel so safe and secure, Knowing our Lord is guarding the door; Enlightening me with great possibilities, That Satan will not hamper any abilities.
