Dark Poetry From A Twisted Mind

Bright Colours of Festivity

I wish I could paint
A flood of colour
Onto these old
White walls.

Like a prison,
A dungeon,
A deserted house.

To reflect
A prism ~
Every shade
Of the rainbow.

Orange & yellow
Dance
Along the walls.

In other places
Fluorescent pink
& neon green
Fight for the spotlight.

Electric blue
& screaming violet
In polka dots
& stripes.

Disco balls,
Confetti, & glitter.
