Dark Poetry From A Twisted Mind
Dying Rhythm
This grandiose
Grandfather's clock
Tries to force
A few last ticks…
But alas ~
Its untimely death.
I'm too weak
To wind & set it.
Too ready
To let time
Self-destruct.
So many losses
Bring about
My internal decay.
I tremble
In attempt
To muffle
My cries.
This anguish
Eats away
At my soul.
