A Page From My Heart

From a midstream distance
Many have been the rivers to cross

And God bestows us with tons of blessings
But there is this eloquent one; of the joy
I attained in the chapters of knowing you

The symbol of my sovereignty,
I was cultured; not to express my feelings in public
But your dependable straightforwardness and contagious sincerity,
Has challenge-ably extracted scripts from the secret pages of my heart

I'm deeply persuaded to relax my reservations,
And the pliant of my solitude's worth with dripless spouts
Though the eon of our tryst has not been an easy rise

From the moment you arrived on my highway,
I compilled my inner self for the mid-night blues and soft whites
You have timely won my sincere accords on captivating my accolade

A positive influence and the ripples of your splendid attitude
With all traditions of excellence; that's been your exact class,
The politics at hand, and the betterment of good ideologies

And the spell has always waited on my lips
"You are truthfully welcome aboard
