As darkness overshadows the day's smeary hue
I gaze to see such beauty in its pallet…
Where else can one enjoy such a feast for the eye,
as the wispy colors melt in unison to a dying sun?
Yea, though I acknowledge and behold its beauty,
Tonight, this heart draws its heat among the shadow.
