Foundation of GodII Timothy 2:19-21 The foundation of God stands very secure, In Him knowing that we are His for sure; As everyone naming the name of Christ, No longer allow by iniquity to be enticed; Great houses may have items of value, As well as junk that has no use for you; If you purge yourself of all that garbage, And shall be made holy of noble prestige. God knows you more than you ever will, Knowing when in the valley or on a hill; The temptations are great in all the lust, Causing an inner conflict of being modest; Each one of us have some moral virtues, That fall right aligned to God's values; But the path we walk allows us to stray, Rather than clear it is a shade of gray; His foundation is only as strong as we, When we order our sinful ways to flee; Priorities go to the Father and to the Son, As well as the Holy Spirit the three in one.
