Composition Of A Tear
Perhaps a symbol of pain
Maybe brought forth in fear
I find myself questioning
The composition of a tear
It is irridescent in hue
With a bittersweet taste
Leaving a scar on my heart
Yet a mere line on my face
It falls soft as a whisper
As it slips toward the ground
Within the depths of my soul
I hear an echoing pound
Its touch is so tender
Still there is weight in my heart
Funny how something so simple
Can tear a person apart
The composition of a tear
I pause to wonder today
Hoping to discover the answer
As I wipe them gently away

Rhuda's Sigs
Maybe brought forth in fear
I find myself questioning
The composition of a tear
It is irridescent in hue
With a bittersweet taste
Leaving a scar on my heart
Yet a mere line on my face
It falls soft as a whisper
As it slips toward the ground
Within the depths of my soul
I hear an echoing pound
Its touch is so tender
Still there is weight in my heart
Funny how something so simple
Can tear a person apart
The composition of a tear
I pause to wonder today
Hoping to discover the answer
As I wipe them gently away
