Many a part has this heart full of love,
Segmented with devotion filled with emotion,
My dreams have been many through year’s gone bye,
Some they’ve been shattered but all have been mine.
Ups and the downs as years have gone past,
Lovers I’ve had but only some last,
Destiny shapes as it rears up its head,
When it opens new door’s as old love is dead.
Love that turns bitter love that blows cold,
The candle that dimes as my future unfolds,
Yet there round the corner a new light is lit,
Another love starts at the flick of a switch.
Here in my heart a memory stored,
As a new part is opened to indulge some more,
Will this be forever the love that I’ve found?
Or another part memory stored safe and sound.
My world keeps on turning my love will go on,
Though some have good memories there over love gone,
Though past there’s been plenty of love given out,
This old heart of mine has loads have no doubt.
So be this forever or just for a while,
I’ll love you immensely with pride and a smile,
My heart it is open and you have a part,
Its embedded forever with your name from the start.
