Send me clowns and acrobats
To juggle balls and stand in stacks
Let them play for quite a while
I guess I'm asking you for a smile
Send me rainbows and a sunny day
Make all these storm clouds go away
Let the sun dance upon my skin
So I can feel alive again
Send me flowers and leafy greens
To show your love and what it means
Let me inhale of their sweet perfume
Until happiness joins them in their bloom
So send me clowns and acrobats
Anything to bring my faded smile back
Chase the dark clouds hanging over me
Until sadness is left back in memory
