LOVE LIKE A ROSE
Behold the dream unfolds,
Like the rose with all it’s purity,
Slowly the splendors reviled,
On it’s path to its maturity.
A glow with all the glory,
The joys of what it brings,
Seeing all the beauty,
Behold the heart it sings.
From the seed of life,
To the flower that blooms,
The stem growing strong,
Like love when it’s true.
Standing tall so proud,
The rose amongst the thorns,
Bares it soul to all,
Like love the petals fall.
Love is like a rose,
To flourish then to die,
But born another day,
No one knowing why.
When the leaves they wither,
The spark begins again,
The flower starts its journey,
Like love it grows from pain.
