Moving Day Blessing7/3/04   God, bless my new home. Make it a place where fairies feel free to dwell, a place of sunshine where families come together and flowers bloom. May the walls know nothing but peace. May angels perch on the rooftop and kiss my babies goodnight as their fluttering wings make my windchimes sing. May the kitchen be warm and cheery, a haven for holidays and cookouts with friends. May the backyard be full of fireflies and porch swing evenings, campouts under stars, a place to laugh and do summer reading, have water fights, share a pitcher of lemonade. May my new home be infused with a sweet spirit, a gentle loving mother for all those who dwell inside her loving abode. May this house be a fresh start, the beginning of hope in our lives again.
