 Thankful For The Memories

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

As the sun rises, drinking a cup of rejuvenation,
While the heat generates with swelter,
My skin crawls for that crystal blue water,
As I plunge in, like a mermaid dancing in motion.

Peaceful have my days been during my stay,
Gazing at Mother Nature's delightful Palm Trees,
Birds singing, each to their own tune,
Relaxation sets in, lasting throughout the day.

As four-legged creatures run around me,
I wonder if they hear my choice of utterances,
They gaze in my eyes with their own wonder,
As they converse with unknown expressions.

Time spent at my paradise have come to an end,
But loyal choice of memories will linger on,
For I am thankful for the memories gifted me,
By everlasting loved ones, dear and special to me.
