 Sanity of Mankind

Is Your Heart Full?

In a full heart

there is room for everything,

and in an empty heart

there is room for nothing.

SultryRose's Signatures

Days spent alone, sometime seem endless,
By reaching out and touching someone,
Sufferings of pain can somehow diminish,
When that certain someone reaches back.

Striving to remain sane, as most do the same,
Sometime feels as though it will not tame,
Sighs of struggle to each break of dawn,
As time seems endless throughout the day.

Praying for someone to reach out their hand,
And allow you to hold on as tight as you can,
Will release the strain you may have throughout,
And keep the peaceful feeling within your soul.

Giving up hope is wrongful, you know,
For without it, one cannot bestow to another,
Gathering melodious themes of friendship,
While keeping the sanity of mankind.
